I provide individual psychotherapy for adults, adolescents and children. I work with you to understand past relationship patterns, current struggles, and to determine both your strengths and needs in order to uncover your full potential.
Guiding children and adolescents early on in life can help them grow into healthy, stable adults. My work with children and adolescents focuses on issues such as behavior, stress and feelings management, and life skills.
Couples and Family Psychotherapy
Many couples and families go through periods where they need some help. Relationships have a number of strengths and challenges, and my approach to couples and families is based on identifying interaction patterns that involve values, communication, finances, and relationship roles to see where help is needed. My goal is to help you work together with the most important people in your life to practice a more productive way of interacting with one another.
Group therapy, like individual therapy, is a safe and confidential environment that offers opportunities to connect with others who have similar experiences, gain support, develop trust, increase self-awareness, and learn new ways to cope with challenges. Typically, group therapy involves 6-8 individuals who meet together with a trained group therapist.
Women’s Group: The group is focused on bringing women together for support and to build awareness. Participants will through various issues that women struggle with, including self-esteem, identity, relationships, balance, family, losses and much more.
